
The course modules are in the calendar/planner below. Click on each module’s picture to go to that module’s page.
Modules open weekly on Friday nights at 11:59pm (except for Module 1, which opens on the first day of the course). This gives y’all the weekend and most of the following week to work through the material. Module work is (usually) due every Thursday at midnight.
Module due dates are listed on the calendar. Because of the flexible, online nature of this course, I do not typically accept late work. Of course, life happens. I can work with you in case of personal emergencies that prevent you from being able to submit on time.
Modules are the biggest chunk of your grade, so don’t miss these submissions!
What’s included in a module?

a. Micro-lectures are easier for you to digest on your own.
b. Take the time to pause and reflect after each video.
c. Think about how you can apply things you just learned to your real life.
Write down any questions you have before moving on to the next chunk of information.

a. There is no book for this course…HUZZAH!!!
b. Readings are meant to supplement and solidify what you learn in the micro-lectures. It's important for you to incorporate theoretical knowledge with the applied science in your readings.
c. You’ll find links to the readings on each module page.

a. The goal is to get you involved and keep you involved with the material. One more time...involved.
b. Post one or more questions/comments/resources related to the module, and
c. Reply to one or more of your colleagues' posts.
d. Each module page will have links to the corresponding Teams channel where you can post.
e. The Teams channel for each module is where you can tag me with questions about that module’s topic.

a. Submit 5 keywords that you feel best represent the information you learned in the module.
b. Boiling information down to its key points helps make deeper connections with the material.
c. Plus, I get to make cool word clouds with your responses that will help us all visualize what information is sticking out the most in the modules.
